EARS launch events are potentially hazardous. EARS and New Farm accept no liability for any accident, injury, damage or loss howsoever caused except to the extent required by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. In entering the property you accept that all risks are assumed by you voluntarily. Rocketry is an experimental hobby, and as such there is a real and ever present danger of injury. All children and/or vulnerable adults MUST be supervised at all times by their parent/guardian. EARS cannot accept any responsibility for injury caused to any child or vulnerable adult for any reason whatsoever. It is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the safety of their children or any children or vulnerable adults in their care.
